Agreement to Terms

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

In-App Purchases & Payments

Our Apps may offer in-app purchases or premium features:

• All purchases are processed through Google Play Store
• Prices are clearly displayed before purchase
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Refund requests must follow Google Play's refund policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airsoft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.

• You can stop using our Apps at any time by deleting them
• We reserve the right to discontinue any App or Service
• Provisions that should survive termination will survive

Governing Law
